Damn the gimmick got old fast. Feels wasted.

I get they are going for seemingly normal then through in a juxtapostin final panel but you could do so much more with this. The gimmick last maybe 2-3 chapters then it already feels old. There needs to be a better build up or something because it already feels stale. Also feels like they are already running out of ideas.
