I think you could sum up what they did as saying that she couldn't have a male doctor examine her, despite the fact that she is actually much older and wiser(though not in terms of social norms) than them. It isn't completely unreasonable, but it is a bit out of their bounds for them to make that choice for her or Matty.

@GodGinrai No, I don't associate those two things because all of those instances are just the girls being surprised about Matty being too competent. You can sum up every iteration of that gag as, "I'm not capable of doing that" or "I didn't know that was possible". They have never tried to tell Matty what he can or cannot do, at least certainly not in a social context.
Although, let's just say that we'll accept this as the explanation for them behaving this way anyway. It still doesn't mean that the behavior was rational. Consider the fact that Matty is literally better, wiser, and stronger than those two girls based on his view of the world. If Matty's social common sense were different than these two's (which I still don't think it is), then who are they to try and change his common sense to their's.
Matty has gotten to where he is due to who he is. Those girls have gotten to where they are because of who Matty is. Even if you tried to argue that it's congruous with the character, they would still be completely unlikeable, ungrateful idiots.

@Meridis I'm not arguing whether it was right or wrong for them to do, but merely whether it makes sense that the pair of girls might do so. And specifically, I took large issue with the earlier stated position that their actions were "puritanical". They were obviously driven by their emotions as well as their morals here, whether they should have allowed her or not. But to call their actions puritanical is quite the gross overstatement.

Allow me to counter. In this world, Matty has studied every form of magic. In other words, magic isn't something you inherently know how to use. So the dragon must have been taught by someone how to transform, which would most likely have included the small detail of weather or not inorganic material like cloths appear. Even if it did not specify directly, I would assume inorganic matter wouldn't appear.
Should this be a generic shape-shifting or imitation ability (which dragons notoriously have in fantasy/isekai), then in theory,the dragon has to imagine what it wants to look like. In that case, it may have even chosen to be naked. The warning, in that context, would have been "I have never done this before, thus I don't know if I am going to look right. Would you please verify my figure for me" (keep in mind, a lot of things can be implied by context. and Japanese uses context a lot more than English)? Heck, she could have chosen to be naked to make it easier to check her.

Also, if you have ever been to Japan (in modern times, not 10,000 years ago when our civilization was like this), your 'hide private parts of woman from children' ideal will fall apart instantly. You would have to ban your child from going anywhere. Convenience stores, department stores, groceries, even walking down some streets (which sometimes have magazine vending machines). Japan has strict censorship laws which even covers manga. However, it covers manga no less than it covers actual porn. That's right. Those three tiny strikes going horizontally through the crotch of whatever sex your into is all that is drawn over the porn. Wait, I'm not finished. The page with the crotch is.... THE FRONT COVER! Wait, it gets better... Most stores place these magazines.... at the exit! That's right, you cant leave without seeing them! God, I miss Family Mart. Though I don't miss seeing guys peeing on the sides of buildings. That was gross.
That said, I was mostly messing with you. I am fully aware that common sense in manga is to cover the parts, partially because the target audience would change if they did not. I don't think that it would be common sense IRL. If your dog suddenly transformed into a loli, common sense would be to run for your life or go see a psychiatrist. If there is a group of 4 friends, and one of the girls suddenly stripped. Common sense would be for the other girl to leave, play with her, or strip as well (peer pressure you know?). This is coming from a guy destined to be a virgin for the rest of his life though, so take it with a grain of salt. Don't retort and break my fantasy here!

@mage_goo Meh I think there needs to be more separation in plot if anything, I feel that certain mangas need to just not be isekai.
What I mean is that some stories start out isekai and deeper into the story I honestly can forget its isekai
I feel isekai can be two things
1. A lazy way of starting a story(want to make a story about a OP char? no need to make a unique detailed background, just say he got hit by a truck and god gave him powers)
2. A great way to target peoples desire to escape to a different life
