Shikkaku Mon no Saikyou Kenja - Sekai Saikyou no Kenja ga Sara ni Tsuyoku naru Tame ni Tensei Shimashita - Vol. 9 Ch. 29.1 - The Strongest Sage, Beat…

I swear the fights just degenerate into;
"Not bad, HOWEVER!"
"Nice tactic, S H I K A S H I!"
"You thought you've won? D A G A!"
"T O K O R O G A my keikaku is better!

the magic shield takes 0.5 seconds to recast itself, says mathias in the span of < 0.5 seconds to the demon. either way, this manga loves time for some unknown reason doesn't it?

@JJTheWeeb Talking is a 'free action', lol.

But really, he said that while still attacking. Maybe the barrier can't reset while under pressure? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You can just see that frustration when the roast meat fell down on P12

yep, this and a few other chapters on various other things are doing it. was wondering what was going on.

not gonna lie this shit got boring real fast
every single demon fight plays out the exact same fucking way

he cancels out their spells or traps or some shit
they scream some shit about being superior
active their power mode thing
and die

every single time
the demons arent even interesting or varied they are just a slightly different looking version of the last

doesn't let me manually switch server for some reason...so I'm stuck with a dead chapter...
and I don't mean I don't know how to reach that setting, I mean I go in and select NA/EU2 and it just selects back to NA/EU1 instantly on its own, it wont let me switch *it does let me go between auto and 1 but auto I assume auto just uses 1 cause dead chapter either way

"First..."
"Roger that!"
"Then..."
"Roger that!"
"And..."
"Roger that!"
"Lastly..."
"Roger that!"
"..."
"Roger that!"
"Roger that!"
"Roger that!"
"Roger that!"
"Roger that!"

Why doesn't Matthias use his ass pull nullify magic anymore? He could even nullify a dragon's fire breathing with it. An inborn ability, that is. It means there's probably absolutely nothing magic related at all he couldn't nullify. But like an amnesiac, he suddenly forgot he has such a cheat level spell. Maybe the author himself finally realised it's a poison to a good fight and decided to limit its use.
