Based on her ordering all those fries I thought she was worried she’s underweight cause she hasn’t really been caring for herself, but after that second scale but I’m not so sure.

I’m guessing the scale says 55.1 kg or 121 pounds.

Assuming she is about average height for a japanese woman that puts her at a bmi of 22.1, which is in the normal range, though somewhat on the high side of it (18.5-24.9)

Art wise though she looks really fucking skinny.

Keep in mind there seems to be somewhat of an obsession in Japan with being under 50kg (110lb) so she may merely be bothered that she isn’t “Ideal” rather than within a healthy weight range.

Since she has shown to be someone who cares for their appearance, it's not odd for her to be disappointed if she has gained weight. For someone like her, their goal is to maintain their weight. Even if they still look skinny, they feel fat just because they gained weight.

My sister is the same. She used to insist on dieting and losing weight despite looking slim.
