is it too much to hope for the fact that the guy he has a crush on is possibly also gay? also the cross dressing guy is kinda irritating and intrusive with all those weird questions
Well, I mean, they have to be in order to serve the purpose of the story, right? This manga seems to be informing about the reality of the LGBT experience *specifically* in japan, you know, a place where the attitude towards them is much different than how a westerner would approach it? Obviously, this manga is making a point, and it's sometimes necessary to be extremely on the nose about it.
