I suggest you change Chiya to either dad or father.

Page 6? the "労働とは死ぬことと見つけたり" panel is more close to "to find work is to die" or "to find labor(to do) is to die" its not really the neet meme but more like she figured out that labor will kill you?

@KiTA i think the boss is not lying but the code had a problem with it so it was not able to meet the customers deadline so the president was not able to pay them. And its a black company, rather than paying overtime the thought process is more like "you have to finish the quota by this time and if you are not able to you have to work unpaid overtime as it is your fault that you could not reach the quota."
