Hmm, looking at the site, it has more chapters up but the quality is worse (such as lower picture quality and translation/typesetting).

Edit: It also has frequent watermarks on their pages with no regard for what the marks are covering. Also, are they still active? Their update schedule in descriptions doesn't match the upload dates and their most recent update was from months ago.
