Why does a Duchy (sorry, "dukedom" /sigh) have a King. Shouldn't the region be a Kingdom, or the ruler be a Duke?

I guess the capital of Lorboland could be in the Duchy of Gigglesticks, and that's where the King rules from, but that's not the impression I get here.

@ahudson To be fair, I can totally see this being a dialogue path in any RPG. Finished a quest but you just temporarily decline the reward for a later date, then you pick the next dialogue option which is the start of the tournament quest line.

@paneqaha you can play crusader king 2 it's called petty kingdom. You will learn a lot about medieval times.
