They probably will at some point, even if not yet, cos I've read the author's two completed works (SE and Comic Studio, both pretty good too), and the MCs did by the end

Although not this early, it was near the end for both of those two, so either he's trying something new, with a proper relationship afterwards, the series is going to end soon, or it isn't going to happen
