Shinju no Nectar

Of course, he is already making a name for himself. He is the one who suck all of the royals tits.

Tech, Tits and Transported to another world...

Any recommendations with similar concepts, comrades?

This actually turned out to be pretty good, despite the...questionable premise. I'm not a big fan of tits, either.

Worldbuilding is imo one of the most important quality of fantasy, and this series excels at this. The main character started out as weak and rather pathetic, but developed some purpose and guts later.
Overall, it's a pretty good read so far.

So many reasons to like this, however, there's way too many things you can't let slide. Just drop this trash

@Sanctuario
If I remember, he's quite weak willed at first.

I do think it makes sense though. If he takes strong action on anything it'll lead to political machinations and him being forced out on the battle field.

Trust me he gets better after a certain character defining moment.

I personally prefer protagonists who don't just jump into the thick of things myself anyway.

@TitanAnteus
So he eventually becomes less of a pussy? Alright I'll give this a try again, it just really felt infuriating how he always feel bad for himself and being generally useless. I did manage to read through stuff like this in the past.

@Sanctuario
Personally, I don't think he's a pussy in the beginning. He's being thrown into life or death situations with no merit to him while he has no actual stakes in any of the conflicts. He doesn't have any confidence because it's not only his life on the line.

I'll say this. His central character doesn't really change as the manga goes on. You just learn that he's capable. If you don't like him by chapter 4, then well not much I can say.

I'm not against lewd fanservice, but typically manga with high amounts of titillation tend to suffer in other areas. However in this case I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the story despite this manga basically being softcore porn much of the time.

Idk what it is about this but it isn't very interesting. The premise was cool until it turned into generic shounen garbage.

... Why didn't they suspect the doctor/physician? She's in charge of both sides -- which makes her one of the most likely suspect, due to the drug being spread throughout the academy -- and tack on she's a physician, so she'd be the one to prescribe medicine/drugs, which is the medium used to spread it.

You know despite what I initially started reading this far, I am completely invested in this manga's plot. It's proving to be more and more interesting with each passing arch.

It's crazy to me how someone can write something as fetishy and boring as Qwaser about people getting magical powers from breast milk, then turn around and write something so good about someone getting magical powers from breast milk. An isekai, no less.
