Can someone who has skimmed the raws tell me if there's any hints at possible romance?
From this first chapter it seems possible but the lack of the romance tag makes me think otherwise.
(I want to avoid the raws to avoid spoilers, although I guess knowing if there's romance would be a spoiler.....)

Without getting into too much detail, there's a bit of ship tease every now and then but it's not a big focus. I think the 'subtle romance' tag on mangaupdates sums it up pretty well!
