With the six armed bear, it was probably just enraged when it saw the MC and attacked more savagely. Every other instance is most likely strength increase from training/getting Healthier. While Kumo does whatever since his natural strength is usually enough to get by and doesn't seem to really need to

A guy with a Romanian name, inhuman strength, sharp ears and fangs, who owns stuff with a bat motif and enjoys drinking blood. All clues point to a bunch of dwarfs stacked on top of each other.

And yet in this chapter he snapped off tusks that can smash into boulders without breaking with what looked to be ZERO effort and then threw a 400-800 pound boar over his shoulder like a sack of feathers.
His strength is incredibly inconsistent.
Don't forget that when he first met the bear he only 'lightly' pushed it to make it FLY backwards. But later on couldn't move it at all.
