(Translation Q at the end) Apparently Higuchi's quirk is giving odds/ratios, so the 6:4 and 8:2 are doing that. So she's not just saying 'Victory for reptiles', she's saying '6 to 4 odds the reptiles win'. And then 'I like the cute style 8 to 2'.

Oh right, and the 鳴島鳥居前 looks like a place name, reading more or less 'Nakushima (or Narushima) [Island] In Front of the Torii' (the big red gates). You see the 前 (mae) a lot in station names and neighborhood names like Nijūbashimae and Tōdai-mae. This might also be partly a visual joke about how the first three kanji look alike. It'll probably be explained later.

But supposedly if 20 people spoke at once, Shotoku could tell you what each of them said and who said it. I’m not explaining it well lol
