I can't see this ending well at all. Either the ghost girl is lying about needing his energy somehow (which would break what little "relationship" the two have) or she really will pass on in a way that I just know I'll hate. These type of clingy "dere-dere" girls are almost always my favorite type of heroine. Bonus points if they're slightly yan.
