The ending is shit, but so is the entire plot, yet people praise it like it's the second coming of Jesus.

Some things just get far solely based on their mass appeal. I haven't read Solo Leveling (yet), but that's the impression it gives off to me, at least.

he thrashes all his enemies like nothing. They're supposed to be world ending superpowers but the fight ends in a couple of chapters even the BIG BAD DRAGON whos so powerful it makes OPM look like a chump gets thrashed. Also his powers get a huge boost out of nowhere since the guy that was gonna take over his body was like fuck it im tired of this shit you can have all my powers since you're so similar to me yada yada did I mention there was another faction? No? Well there's is another faction that makes little to no appearance until the end oh oh and guess what it also has fucking time travel.

There's a lot more I could say but I don't want to remember/dig up what I forgot.
