If you have a pic in mind you've used before on your computer you can go into profile settings, and upload it directly there.

Any other images for forum posting have to be hosted by a image hosting site. Generally when I prep or create a image for use as a avatar I try to crop, shape, and size it so it will have as much detail as possible without distortion from the automatic resizing process. I also attempt to reduce it's data storage mass too because if I remember right the file size limit is 1Mb.

It's just that I remembered the elevator scene I somehow watched, so I looked up some reviews and saw that some characters were part of your profile pictures, like the blondie and the "bunny" girl.

It's a pretty messed up show, I couldn't even watch the review properly while hearing some of the things that happen.
