@Scrabbleman I actually went to the light novel for this one because I wasn't sure about a lot of the dialogue/situation. I'm not huge on gore, but you might appreciate this (horribly translated) excerpt:

The solid human body is kneaded until it becomes fluid, and the necessary materials are selected. The roiling horror slowly stands up with its neck raised, throwing extra materials out. In response to the activation Guidepower, it churned out unnecessary things, things other than the desired color. The wreckage, which was supposed to be a human until a while ago, spreads on the floor.

All that remains is the awakening primary color.
