The ending look pretty satisfying, i mean the focus here is cooking not romance so i expect this ending is the best to end the story. Although some people not satisfied with it and want some relationship hints at the end.

Also damn i like Erina with long hair, so when i saw future Erina i was at lost. I'm not sayin' i dislike short hair but her hairstyle doesn't sit well with my taste. Alice, Houjou, Nikumi and Hishoko they look cute with that style.
