Shoujo Junrei - Vol. 1 Ch. 5 - The Foundation of the Heart

Jealousy towards his author alter ego. Yelling the pen name while having sex with the real deal as it comes along. This will be the faith of this couple.

Anyway. The question is would this story be better if Mao gets found out by an accident or rather by telling the truth in the face in this relationship. The more they play hide and seek while in the meantime bounding it gets on my nerves.

What's the problem of the high-school co-worker ? Can't stand double-faced bitch. Pretend to be nice and all but bitch behind your back at any given time. At least Aiko is straightforward and honest, not like you.

Man I really wonder how she'll react once the secret is out... kinda feel like it'll be too big of a shock for her

ok.. I'm just dropping this manga. Every time there is a new chapter i cant help but skip 10 pages at once because of how cringe it gets

@pockettrash I suspect that she won't believe it. Mao is not the idol that she dreamed up in her head and she'd refuse to accept that it's true. I mean Mao wrote something directly for her and she still refused to believe it.

Honestly...

Poor Mao, bit by bit someone else gets credit for her work. (I know this started before the series even began but still.)

Oh gosh no
That's so embarrassing
O-oh well, it's nice that she's so open about what she loves, despite it going against normie social conventions really hard

So I'm expecting that the highschooler has some bitter past and will go and cause Aiko to lose her special mango. Devastated, Mao will come out as Shion in an attempt to console Aiko.

It's getting a bit full life consequences though; I would have just been fine with a dorky otaku outplaying a reclusive mangaka at her own identity.

I love this manga, I love that it's being translated.. but.. damn... that must hurt for Mao.. Cause she isn't even really Shion.. Her editor has taken over and now she is becoming powerless.. the only thing that brings happiness to her life is Aiko but still, she can feel the distance between them because of Shion playing a big part in Aiko's life..

I hope things get cleared up and Aiko realizes what Mao feels for her..
Thank you so much for this chapter <3

Thank you for the chapter.!! >\\<I hope later on aiko will appriciate more of mao's presence especially in this kind of situation where she cheered her up. I don't want to see her regreting where she does not value who is always on her side in the present and will just suprised one day mao is already gone.T-T Learned lesson on the hard way. Lol that meme is so accurate af Xd.

Atleast say something like "The book saved my life" or something would've been better... at this point I think the author's trying to scare us.
