No, with every fiber of my being I can confirm there is no tsundere. I've read of what was posted of the Web Comic (which you can also read) to know. Personally, I dislike the whole tsundere trope, mostly the ones that involve the main love interest basically assaulting the main character on a daily basis for her mishearing a word, or other stupid shit that they think the MC did. This is just yuri, no tsundere.
