Ah yes Massive battle MMORPG, there's really very few games that do it properly, especially if switching side is easy. But anyway they would always be p2w, just look at Ragnarok WoE as the earliest example, Guild Master needed to be tanky and can take bunch of punishment by themselves because they could summon entire guild members on their position. Massive battle is just ass because how easily you can get ganged up by 10 or so players.
