Idk why isekai always insist on doing harem, honestly don't even do a love interest, or if you feel the need to do a love interest for whatever unnecessary reason, maybe change it up? Make it queer? Do something different for once? The sad thing is, the harem isn't even tastefully done in this, it's just all around cringe and bad. If you insist on doing a god awful harem, at the very least make it tasteful.
