Then end of the previous chapter made it seem like Shirazome was a transfer student? But this one makes it clear she was at the school all along. So what was that whole deal with a transfer student about? I'm confused...

@Kevadu, you're right, I went and revised the raws, and saw the problem. Last chapter when they were talking about the transfer student they weren't referring to Fuuka, but then on page 16 they change the subject after seeing Fuuka come into the room. I've edited it so that it's a bit more clear.
