Show editable chapters/volumes in MDlist, import/export MDlist in .xls or some spreadsheet format, API for accessing MDlist, list syncing with MU or M

There are currently no decent websites that can keep track of manga and chapters read (MAL doesn't have non-original creator doujins and various electronically published stuff; MU is dead, few features, never updated, no API, no scanlator website links).
I think MD can and should become *the* manga tracking website. Or maybe offshoot a MDlist website (to do so).
