@DeusVult The blonde hair on dark skinned women in anime and manga can be explained away by hair dye, but all of these anime with Black women with pink nipples throws me the hell off. At least this one realizes dark nipples are a thing.

Also the choice between saving his virginity and saving the world is probably more regarding him passing on his genes before they begin experimentation. At least that's the way I interpreted it. Then again this is a manga where a dude goes Super Saiyan after getting raped and drowned by a bunch of crazy women, so who knows what the actual reason is.
