At one point or another in the story the author will let the readers know about other males beside the MC fucking girls, they don't want MC to act like a normal human being so they unload that desire on characters that nobody really gives a shit about. Its really fucking pathetic when authors pull shit like that, why must all MC have to suffer from betamengatus when we all know he could be easily be fucking all the girls given reason by the story? Because fuck you this is what Japan likes.
