Also, while it seems most obvious that Loki will join the ranks of the gods to replace and fight Buddha, another possibility is that Quin Shi Huang will actually betray humanity to work for the gods, as his ultimate goal was to become a god on earth. That way, we don't need to deal with any planned fighters never fighting, since a human and a god can just swap places.
