Silver Plan to Redo From JK - Vol. 2 Ch. 7 - Difference in Readiness

Goddamn father of the year. Pick just one vice please, gambling or drinking, don't do both. Anyway, I like this manga, even though comments keep warning about the writer's previous works, I think there's some good life lessons to be found in every chapter. Also I like how the mean girls in the class keep trying to rope her into their web but keep getting shut down haha.

Geeze, this is making me worried that the story is gonna have a bad end.

Still, I do enjoy all the little bits of humor. The "you're already fired," part was particularly good.

Lol love that her family is also despairing what to do with her and want to solve it with more money.

I think Kashimura's father is just at the current bottom of his life. Trash? Probably for now. But life has its ups and downs and people don't suddenly become a perfect dad after being a drunkard due to life failures.

Giving him money is the worst solution because people in his situation cannot see the future anymore so they can only spend money based on that thinking. Of course his daughter wouldn't know that.

Quite a common problem one can hear of.

the girl is just hairsbreadth away from being sold (i.e. into sexual slavery) to the loan sharks. what a piece of shit dad.

Gambling is never good especially when youre desperate. Is it because of the mother's medical costs? Or is he just plain shit. What it is, that's a damn bad look to your kids ojisan

??? Why didn't she pay off the debts for him herself if she knew he wasnt in a state to be making ethical decisions... also every problem this chapter could have been solved w money lol

everybody here talking about the dad while I'm just praying for Ninomiya to get the hint that the other rich girl tries really hard to befriend her

So is it bad that I want the father to just actually be killed by the yakuza to resolve the debt? I don't want Sayuri just using her family's money like that.

I see ppl saying this can be solved with money. I think short term, yes it can be solved but gambling and drinking are addictions. He will only get himself in the same predicament again if he doesn't get counseling.
