Since I Became a Saint, I'll Do Whatever I Want with My Second Life - Vol. 2 Ch. 7

All I can think about is how there is absolutely no way a plant that big can stay upright on a bucket with just water. It's against physics!

Thank you for the chapter!!

@RandomDoge
his motives are different, but he still plans to ruin the love/life of two persons for his own reasons.
When he was a butler he went against direct orders and ruined two lifes.
Now he's a noble, and sure, he acts for his family, but he'd still be a noble if his daughter doesn't marry the prince but another noble, it's just that it's not enough FOR HIM and it doesn't matter if he AGAIN screw up other people's life. I wouldn't have a problem if the prince was on board with it, but he's not, he already said he refused marriage talk and yet he insists spreading false rumores, as he did before. So no, in my book it's the same mistake, just for a different reason, and he has no right saying he's sorry for what he did since he acts in the exact same way.

So every time she shows some backbone, the sprout grows? That's actually an interesting mechanic.
I'm wondering who will get a poisonous bloom, though. You can guess at least one, probably two.

@carenjnn
Its also against physics to grow several inches in a second, lol.
The closest I can think of is the opening/closing of a flytrap (because its actually just 'growing' on the outside to close and inside to open). I know a few carnivorous plants 'move', but they don't instantly grow.

So essentially the butler learned nothing. He says he feels bad about the past, but if you purposely go on repeating the same actions you know are wrong, that's not remorse. He's still arrogant and selfish, the guilt bothered him but it didn't change him.

Hm, on page 36 it seems like it should be "lady" (referring to the MC) instead of "daughter", though I can't get the raws to confirm it

I appreciate that this series has reincarnation be—well, what one might normally expect it to be, when people don't "remember" their past lives. They're not exactly the same person as before. That it's not like they're just a direct continuation of their old selves if they do remember, even if the old feelings are there.

Not saying it can't work just fine the other way, too, but this feels much more down-to-earth, totally appropriate for the sort of themes this series has had.

I won’t accept anything but the worst end for Duke Aigner slash Butler Beetch.

Thank you for scanlating this!

i mean your personalty is also one of the reasons why the king doesn't what your daughter to marry the prince

he's a child of your so called 'lifesaver' you bastard old man. it's enough to had ruined his whole life once. no need to intervene when he just about to find his happiness again

I'm the only one who want Liz to fall in love with Lloyd? Idk it would be too clichê if she stays with the prince at the end

Am I the only one thinking that Liz's plant specifically chose that moment to bloom to troll Grace and the others? 😂

Wow the Duke looks exactly like the guy that betrayed them in the past, what a coincidence.
