Site still slow

@Eracuel not quite sure what changing server mean, but perhaps you also might want to try using vpn. It's a bit tedious but mine currently works well, oh try using Europe for the vpn location (mine specifically Germany).

I've gotta use vpn on Europe to have access to this site. I hope it will get fixed cuz this is such a pain for me.

Oh yeah almost forgot while I'm here..

Dear staff, apparently it has recovered as of now, at least for me.
Though I feel like it might acting up again, so you might want to look it up.

Sorry for the trouble, that is all.

@Plykiya "To change image servers, open a chapter, settings, checkmark advanced reader settings at the top left, and then scroll down to image servers"

It took me a while to respond because I almost never check my notifications or inbox.

But in reply to your reply, I saw no such option, unless I was looking in the wrong place.

Just below, I'm attaching an image of what I did see, however.

For what's it's worth, I'm usually able to load some of a chapter's images on the first try.

Also, if I right click a broken image icon and choose 'Open image in new tab' I can then see that image and I'll almost always have that image on the next reload.

Oddly enough, sometimes on subsequent reloads, I'll fail to get images that I successfully loaded during previous refresh attempts. I don't know why they're not caching, unless the images are being pulled from a brand new URL, or something like that.

For now, I'll just stick to what I've been doing, which is reading as much as I can until I hit a broken image, then hit refresh. It usually takes me a dozen refreshes on average, but not much else I can do at this point, so I'm learning to live with it, even if it is frustrating at times.

@sola
Oh. It's only an option on the new reader. If legacy is failing this much for you, I recommend changing

I remember trying the new reader and really disliking it.

I've had it on Legacy for the past year, but... maybe I'll give the new reader another try. No promises though.

Yeah I got the slow site issue too.

It sorted itself out after a minute or so, but it's a real thing. Hard to pin down what the heck triggered it, I was using the search functions, then after the search result popped up all hell broke loose.

Is it correlated? Probably not, but I did get the slow issue too. The strange thing though, I clicked on the manga I was looking for
and the image was the thing taking forever to load the longest (not like the rest of it loaded any faster during the issue)

*Whoops, spell check edit.
