Why do Japanese authors think that it is okay to finish a series wit an inconclusive ending/confession. What are you trying to prove here? That Bossun hasn't grown one bit since the serialization began? I don't have a problem with having a philosophical ending. But why would you have Bossun reply like that to Hime? This is so stupid ffs. So sad to see that the most looked after romantic relationship ended like this. So disappointed.

I love every single chapter of this manga and I've read it countless times but the inconclusive ending between Himeko and Bossun always pisses me off
