They better explain this difference. Basically, in the novel, he was covered in gold light this entire time so no one knows who he is, and that's a pretty big deal that comes up CONSTANTLY for a very long time. So with his face out in the open like this, how is that gonna work.

Wait, is that really his wife. I kinda hoping its a clone or something, Amnesia ?. It be way too sad if she just faked her own death just to marry some popular rich guy. She doesnt seem to be doing anything like she doesnt know him ?

Many differences between novel and this... It’s really a well written sci-fi opera.
But, I suppose the beautiful storyline will hopefully survive intact - since it is hard to put all those details into pictures.
It is just as difficult to streamline a story. But, I think more of the visual details could be converted overall. Anticipation!
