So, ever since 2015 I am unable to drink alcohol because I have to take some medicine every day that does not mix well with alcohol at all. That being said, the information page at the end of these chapters are superbly fascinating and fun to read, main reason being is that you can tell how passionate mimedestroyer is about the history of cocktails.

The price usually depends of the ingredients, the more liquor used, the pricier.
A baseline for it would be 15$ per drink but you can see it higher or lower, it depends on the margin the bar owner wants to make per drink.
@kdrakari is much more about each drinker's story tho. This manga put more emphasis on the drinks imo.

At least from the scene here in Tokyo, around $10-15 a drink seems par for the course. I’d assume at a place back in the states like New York like Death and Co. or PDT that it’d be about the same. For me, half the fun of going to good bars is chatting with bartenders. They’re incredibly insightful about the kind of stuff that goes into your glass, along with a myriad of other subjects.
