@vinabomb i would say its because the second guy looks like hes saying that just because he doesn't know and is trying to use it as an excuse. Whereas for the slime he had no hesitation. That and because the slime is adorable.

I am getting really annoyed at the covers changing constantly (particularly for thumbnails as I lost far too many titles because of that). Now this manga did too, and I almost missed its new chapters because of it. I need to learn how to change them myself, so I can help others by restoring when I notice it. That or find a setting to make it so my account always displays the first cover and only that.

@feha I don't believe there are settings to change the covers for only your account. As far as I'm aware, they are updated each time the chapters move into the next volume. If you're having problems keeping track, then maybe you should use the Reading/Plan to Read/On-Hold/Etc. tags, then check your personal MDList page sorted to "Last Updated" to stay up to date.

@HDMI1 I don't really want to use a list that only works for this site. And I already got MAL working for me, no reason to use both. What I should do is either see if the plugin version of the javascript (the script that makes MAL work for this site) added a feature to mark titles you read in the latest updates list, or edit the javascript myself (I still use that version) to make it do that.
