Tried the hands in the back too, I can almost handshake myself (fingertips get very close to the wrists).

I can make my fingers overlap, and probably could go a little further if I limbered up my arms first. I vaguely recall back when I was younger I could almost grab my wrists. If your joints are stiff don't try to force it, that's a great way to hurt your shoulders...
