This is the type of episodic manga I can like - it doesn't have the sense of narrative progression that I often want, but the 'comedy' is all centered around how much they really care about each other despite their positions being counter to having a relationship (one's a giant snake monster and the other is a human offering intended to be food).

This makes it pretty unique among yuri manga. Hana ni Arashi is probably the only thing I know of that comes close, but the relationship in that manga wasn't far enough along to give the same sense of satisfaction most of the time.
