Does Shirayuki realise Obi loves her? She's a warm, friendly, and trusting person, despite what happened in her homeland, but in the end she's highly career and research oriented, so she might have some difficulties analysing people.

I felt this particular Ryuu's case was kind of overdramatised, but on the other hand, it does fit his personality. I'm just afraid he will fall for Shirayuki as well (I don't mean I'd have thought for a moment this particular case would have been about confessing to her, like Obi apparently believed). Or did he have someone else already? I can't remember.

More and more, I'm feeling like "a romance that cuts through fate" is just to tease us. When was the last time there was any romance? Every five chapters or so we get a small moment.

Something about obi shirayukis interactions this chapter gives me the vibe that shirayuki loves obi. But I’m getting the feeling they love each other in a plutonic way. Gah I ship them tbh
