It is good that the manga is realistic in some ways. The MC is forgetting about the video game because he has been living in an another world for years. None of the dozens of video game isekais I've read ever touched this subject. There were books left behind by former reincarnators, but never a journal left behind by a reincarnator who was forgetting the future of the world he was in.
