@HorseRider9000 He is just a pawn in some greater game yet to reveal it's self. He is a family pig that's being fattened. He isn't as strong as he seems because someone gave him that power. He could be bacon or a hero. There is no reason yet for his existence. It's easy to read this once a week. It only takes a few minutes. Lol
@BalrogDeMorgoth there are some ant colonies like this with huge strong ants and low numbers from a few dozen to the hundreds, ants mutate so quickly to fit their environment, its not unreasonable for low numbers since it depends on the food source.
So when is the Greater plot gonna kick in? Everything up to this point just feels like .....prologue. Or is this like Zelda where it kicks in after he gets the big power then everything comes down all at once. Because the monsters have just started to get out of control and his MC power origin is still a mystery the pacing and scaling is weird
Man, a bit pissed they even brought the queen back in the first place. I mean since they established she can control the ants once resurrected couldn't he order her to have all those 4000 ants come back to the cave so he can kill them all in one place before canceling her summon ? Eh, whatever, at least the characters are pretty fun.
Beru's introduction felt kind of less impactful. They also seem to have Jin at max edgy before the slow down. Things are draggin hard because they know people are gonna hate everything till the final arc.
From what I remember he was much more suprised when Beru could talk. The dialogue felt very flat here even though a few lines are copies right from the WN. Like the line about have the possibility of talking to his other shadows. Also feel like Igris has been sidelined which is a shame.
