Most of the S-Rank hunters look normal I guess. None were described special in the novel so far. Only the guildmaster of the White Tiger guild can transform into a beast and his eyes transform into lizard like pupils or something when he gets excited or tense.

The women are all drawn so well. Really looking forward how Cha Hae-In will look.
