Well as we already know that most people don't really know that another monarch has come out of the dungeon,
All they know is Jin-woo's father who comes out of dungeon and speaks in a monster language
So, we can't really blame US for suspecting her father bc their hunters have been hunted

When that's literally all the info you have, that there's someone immensely strong who broke all the rules, and then you lose one of the world's top defenses, you work with what you got, since they know nothing of the Monarchs.

They at least want to capture him to interrogate him.

@limoncello it wasn't clearly said but back when he was talking with the imprisoned giant (whose also one of the monarch), theres a war between the Ruler and the Monarchs. Although the Rulers are a bit ambiguous where only angels like being are only introduced, the Monarchs are a group of powerful individuals including the Shadow Monarch aka the guy behind the mc. You can think of the National Hunters as someone just like the mc except that they are simply apostle/avatar with limited power. For example the dude who died in this chapter is a National Hunter backed up by Brilliant of Light monarch.

People doesn't know yet the existence of the future war between the monarchs and the ruler so that's why with few information they concluded that's the father of sung jin woo who assassinated Christ since he's the only "monster" who was out of dungeon and can be a threat to Nation rank hunter (since he beats the shit out of that korean S hunter).
