Most of the chapters that have been released are actually full chapters. Chapters 1 and 11 we put out the previews of, but both have now been replaced with the full releases. There's another chapter (26?) that also had a full, physical release but we put the full version of that one out right from the get go. There is one more physical volume that was sold at Comiket but it's an extra and missing it shouldn't break the continuity. We'll put that one out too if/when someone/Moe can get their hands on a copy.

It was just a solo project on pixiv i.e. free.

Then it got serialized i.e. a publisher will pay the author to make it into longer series.
