I liked how she established dominance by wrecking him in the video game before bringing up the matter she really wanted to discuss.

Personally enjoyed the part about seeing her daughter sleeping in bed and the male friend sitting on the floor leaning against the bed playing games on a tablet,
followed by her sitting down beside him and picking up said daughters tablet to play games against him.
That alone shows she's rather fine with him hanging out with her daughter if not actually encouraging it,
add in previous interactions and it's very likely she wants those two to switch into dating eachother.
