Well my first thoughts
1, Kinda cool and unique the MC was mute, but hes giving that up now ? shame
2, The MC was having the mask of a push over, but was hoping hes a dragon behind it. all good here, it appears so
3, They all bag the shit out of him, but I hoping his wify loves him. Pending~
4, Moment he heard his wify in trouble, he want into action mode... Love it.
5. Dam, his wify is stacked... My boys got good taste.
Seems promising.

chapter 1 - 1. Mc seems cool and unique for being mute, chapter 1 - 2. They had time to dress up nicely when it was an emergency show's you how rich they and in a bad way i know it's a manga but attention. to detail, now writing this while reading chapter 2 - 3. the mc is just another manhua with a trashy overused character, chapter 2 - 2. I "like" how people ask the mc How are you not mute but non of them show any expression of suprise after that chapter 2 - 3. i am at the page in chapter 2 that first time shows the doctor i am going to bet that the doctor will say this illness is not possible to cure What can trash like you do or someone else says it you get the idea, anyways am dropping it bye fella's!

Chinese mangas really are the most generic trash possible, they make isekais look like pieces of art. I wish I could block all Chinese manga, they're all so awful.
