But mostly, when will they meet AND realize they're siblings.... thats assuming they're identical twins and not fraternal. If they don't have the same face, there's no way they'd even know they're siblings even if they did meet.

That's not true. Identical twins are formed when an egg (fertilized by a single sperm) splits into two entities, producing exact genetic copies.
Fraternal twins are formed when two separate eggs are fertilized by two separate sperms. So while they are 'twins' per se, genetically they have the same differences as any other brother or sister grouping.
