Dang, when he said "take everyone with him" I don't know what I thought he meant.... BUT IT DEFINITELY WASN'T THIS!! I knew there was something suspicious about him, but I thought he was just an outcast or a fugitive, and was waiting on some situation to die down before he goes back "home" to a village somewhere...

Nooooo! I thought the teacher was going to fight some intruder that was coming to the village or something. I actually liked him arghhhhh!

Also I think the answer is D, she won't defeat him but her innate power or her connection with her brother will prevent him from stealing her soul. Then he'd either take her with him (I'd really like this development to be honest) or the people chasing him will interfere and save her.

I feel so betrayed. I thought he would help them. I thought he was chased by bad guys and wanted to bring them along to protect them from danger. Ah 😭
