He insecurity is very justified given how big of a contrast she must be to her age group. Not to mention the random encounters of unknowing people trying to hit on her. She is only 12 ish years old remember and has seemingly gone through full puberty. She may even be a foot or more taller than her age group too.

I feel bad for both her and Gojou since somehow he will be needing some measurements which either she or her sister will have to help out with since he can be arrested for being a pedo if he took them himself. And also, somehow getting that to look as flat as possible without causing massive discomfort is already going to be a losing battle.
