She is fairly skinny. Which often is the case for models and those who want the certain shape/figure commonly found in anime and manga for cosplaying thin characters/clothing. Adding to that, Gojou has reqlly big hands.
Plus, they are drawn. Exact proportions sometimes dont look as nice, can be hard to do, and often they can seem larger or smaller than they actually are because of the limited depth and shading. Color restrictions (like only using black and white) also play a big hand in that.
