from what I found out a long time ago, in the WN the childhood friend he loved turned out to be a slut, more or less. him dissappearing basically set her "free". in the LN, not a slut, and goes looking for him when he dissappears. With the shitty hero of course.

The novl had a start, the manga had another, the 2nd manga have another again.
They are okay but only if you read the novel beginning, some parts were totally changed for more impact.
Is good, but feels weird.
Wonder why the 1st manga got axed, but this guy have a better hand.
