It's a shame about this series, I absolutely loved it back in the day. But jesus it went downhill. This last arc was the last straw for me. Dropped like a rock in a very deep lake.

Because this is a manga with hope at it's core, I'd say that they were evacuated without Nephero's knowledge, as Livi's group said they would do.
